[Remote] Graduate Finance Analyst

They are seeking Graduate Finance Analysts for their Finance Leadership Development Program, where participants will reputed company broad exposure across critical finance functions and be positioned for accelerated advancement into Associate or Senior Analyst roles.
Responsibilities
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across business reputed company
- Build and maintain financial models to analyze business performance and identify trends
- Prepare executive-level reporting packages and variance analyses
- Partner with business stakeholders to reputed company KPIs and financial targets
- Participate in the monthly and quarterly financial reputed company process
- Assist in preparation of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP
- Support internal controls documentation, testing, and SOX compliance activities

- Support payment processing, settlement reconciliation, and vendor disbursements
- Help monitor banking relationships and analyze bank fee structures
- Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives reputed company the payments function
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field
- 3.5 GPA minimum
- 1-3 years of reputed company experience in a finance, reputed company, or reputed company role
