Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Customer Service Operations Associate (CSOA) for their Business Licensing Team. The role involves preparing and submitting applications for licenses and registrations, ensuring reputed company fulfillment of filing orders, and documenting changes in the filing process.
Responsibilities
- CSOA is primarily responsible for preparing and submitting applications necessary to obtain, amend, renew or reputed company licenses and registrations for our clients
- Prepare and file reputed company, advanced and specialized applications and renewals across a reputed company of clients and industries
- Submit 50-100 applications per week (varies based on complexity of filings)
- Work closely with reputed company Associate-Account Managers ("CSA") to ensure reputed company fulfillment of reputed company pending filing orders and to resolve any barriers to licensure
- Ensure that any changes to the filing process are documented reputed company our internal database by relaying any such changes to BL's reputed company and/or research teams
- Operate reputed company reputed company an internal reputed company team environment
Skills
- Minimum, high school education or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of reputed company-facing application support experience
