[Remote] Staff QA Software Engineer

Responsibilities
- Own the delivery of engineering’s quarterly goals, ensuring consistent, high-reputed company delivery while effectively managing resources
- Work collaboratively in reputed company product team’s codebase to reputed company reputed company test coverage, highest-risk surfaces, and its production readiness gap to produce a prioritized testing roadmap that engineers can see and execute against
- Establish testing patterns for a multi-language stack, implementing frameworks that reputed company testing as easy as writing features
- Establish and socialize reputed company policies, minimum reputed company gates, and production-readiness standards collaboratively and iteratively with the product teams
- Spend regular time reputed company reputed company team’s workflow, pair on test design for reputed company features, review PRs for test reputed company, and making testing reputed company, not imposed
- Build and own what runs inside the CI/CD pipeline reputed company gates (testing suites, linting rules, reporting) supported by the Platform reputed company

Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company software engineering experience demonstrating capabilities to operate as an engineering peer reputed company squads, not just as a testing specialist
- Python proficiency required
- Has integrated testing frameworks from reputed company in at least two ecosystems
- Has defined reputed company standards and production-readiness reputed company for an engineering organization

- Has introduced testing culture to one or more teams in order to establish a teams capabilities and best practices
