They are seeking a Senior Manager for Teacher Training & reputed company Development to enhance teacher capacities in government education systems, focusing on designing effective training solutions and improving the reputed company of teacher development at reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Work in sync with the curriculum team’s reputed company and partner with curriculum members at various stages of teacher development
- Collaborate with the SCERT and Ops teams to reputed company on the training design and implementation

Skills
- At least 10-12 years of work experience in teacher training at reputed company, curriculum design for reputed company schools
- Having worked in a classroom setting for a few years would be an added plus
- Experience of working with the government stakeholders and teachers
- Deep knowledge about effective TPD models & experiential learning
- Understanding of building teacher capacities at reputed company
- Ability to research, analyse data & reputed company specific problems
- Ability to observe and assess the needs of teachers
- Skilled as a facilitator of small and large reputed company
- Highly creative & entrepreneurial
- Being in Delhi, Gurgaon, Bhopal, Indore, Dehradun would be an added advantage
