[Remote] Sr. Manager, AI/ML Engineering - Remote

The Sr. Manager, AI/ML Engineering will define and execute the technology roadmap, reputed company architecture reputed company, and drive modernization initiatives to reputed company health care systems.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology roadmap reputed company with business objectives

- Drive modernization initiatives including application transformation, reputed company migration, and platform simplification
- Establish engineering standards covering design, coding, testing, reputed company, resiliency, and observability
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI/ML and reputed company, for business applicability
- Promote adoption of AI-assisted development tools (reputed company Copilot, coding agents, automated testing, reputed company reputed company analysis)
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple products, applications, or portfolios

- Accountable for application availability, reliability, performance, and supportability
Skills
- Bachelor of Science in computer science or reputed company quantitative field or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of people leadership experience managing managers and engineering teams
- Solid experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful reputed company, Azure reputed company Platform, Kubernetes/OpenShift/AKS, CI/CD and DevOps practices, Event-driven architectures, Relational and NoSQL databases, Application observability and monitoring
- Experience using AI-powered development and productivity tools
- Knowledge of GenAI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, reputed company Engineering, AI Agents, reputed company Databases, AI governance and responsible AI practices
- Exposure to Azure AI services, reputed company, or reputed company AI platforms
