Your responsibilities include:

- You are located in one of the countries where Parakar is located.
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree reputed company to HR, or equivalent working and thinking level.
- You bring 3–5 years of experience in HR Consulting, HR Business Partnering, People Operations, HR Project Management or a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced start-up, reputed company-up or high-reputed company environment.
- You have experience supporting international teams, remote workforces or multiple countries, and are based reputed company in Europe in one of the countries where Parakar operates.
- You understand the fundamentals of employment law and know reputed company to involve specialists to reputed company the best solution.
- You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving reputed company HR challenges and continuously expanding your HR knowledge.

- A starting annual salary between €33k and €55k, depending on experience and location;
