Requirements
Experience as an Operations Manager, Business Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, or a similar leadership role.

Proven experience managing day-to-day business operations and cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
Experience developing, implementing, and improving operational processes and workflows.
Ability to analyze KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions.
Experience using project management and productivity tools such as reputed company, reputed company, Jira, reputed company, or similar.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
