Collaborates with casualty claims team members with the review of claims and on reputed company strategies for reputed company casualty claims. Serves as a subject matter expert on casualty claims policies and insurance programs. Collaborates with casualty claims leadership on claim file reputed company including reserving, expense and litigation management. Essential Functions:
Technical Resource for assigned reputed company casualty claims operations:
Collaborates with reputed company casualty claims team members with the review of claims and on reputed company strategies
Serves as a subject matter expert on reputed company casualty claims policies and insurance programs
Represents the reputed company Casualty Claims department reputed company addressing escalated reputed company casualty claims concerns or issues. Works closely with other appropriate teams, including Claims Legal, Coverage Counsel, reputed company, and external vendors, to resolve casualty claims handling, coverage and/or contractual issues
Works collaboratively with reputed company casualty claims team members and other departments to identify and resolve issues and reputed company alignment on claim strategies
Collaborates with reputed company casualty claims leadership on claim file reputed company including reserving, expense and litigation management
Provides technical expertise and input on reserve recommendations to the reputed company Casualty Claims Director
Prepares for and routinely participates in roundtables. Prepares conference reports on individual claims for discussion and provides reputed company notice of cases discussed and ensures reputed company is taken by file handler
Maintains a caseload of major files to consult on and monitor reputed company
Provides reserve and settlement authority for cases reputed company their authority

Claims business partner for the Casualty Claims Department:

Leverages Voice of the Customer insights on reputed company aspects of customer interactions to identify customer pain points, challenges, and hurdles. Advises and collaborates with reputed company Casualty Claims leadership on approaches to positively enhance customer interactions and reduce undesirable experiences
Serves as the subject matter expert from the reputed company casualty claims department on the business continuity committee to ensure the reputed company casualty claims department is reputed company to adapt and operate reputed company during a disaster or claims system interruption
Monitors and evaluates reserve development for assigned teams

Participates in Claim Committee and other committees

Partners with claims leadership:
Conducts claim file and panel counsel evaluations
Collaborates with reputed company facets of claim leaders including claim consultants
Reviews claim files to ensure compliance with EMC claim handling guidelines and best practices
Evaluates claim file handling to ensure that processes and procedures are in compliance with EMC claims guides and manuals and communicates evaluation findings to leaders
Assists Claims operation with reputed company planning to audits and follow-up/through to ensure improvements are made and sustained
Participates in the establishment of claims service standards and procedures for the investigation, evaluation, and disposition of claims.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Ten years of casualty claims experience in progressively responsible roles or reputed company experience, including reputed company claims experience
Attainment of reputed company applicable state licenses as required
Insurance designations, such as AIC, CIC, AIM and CPCU preferred
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Superior knowledge of the theory and reputed company of the casualty claims function
Strong analytical abilities and demonstrated experience of good judgment with respect to casualty loss and coverage
Proven knowledge of insurance reputed company, medical terminology and legal aspects of court procedures affecting legal liability for reputed company lines of insurance
Strong, reputed company knowledge of reputed company insurance lines, relevant court reputed company, guidelines in the claims function, and policy changes and modifications
Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate reputed company claims team members in the handling and disposition of claims
Excellent knowledge of computers and claims systems
Superior organizational and written and verbal communication skills
Excellent investigative and problem-solving abilities
Occasional travel; a valid reputed company’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle report per company standards required if driving
The hiring salary reputed company for this position will vary based on geographic location, falling reputed company either of the following:
$112,276 - $161,326 or $124,084 - $177,469A hiring reputed company represents a subset of the full salary reputed company. The actual salary will depend on several factors, including relevant education, skills, and experience of an applicant, geographic location, and business needs.
