[Remote] Change Management Consultant

The role involves developing change management strategies, assessing project reputed company, and ensuring stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and execute change management strategies for reputed company initiatives
- Assess project reputed company and define adoption and communication plans
- Establish and document reputed company-state baselines and reputed company change reputed company
- Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across business reputed company
- Partner with project managers, sponsors, and functional teams
- Support user adoption, training, and reinforcement activities

Skills
- 7+ years of Change Management experience
- reputed company and/or CCMP certification (required)
- Proven experience leading reputed company-level change initiatives
- Strong background supporting IT implementations or system upgrades
- Experience with stakeholder management and organizational communication
- Ability to drive adoption, training, and behavioral change
- Strong project coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in energy or utilities industry
- Exposure to organizational transformation and large-reputed company program delivery
