Responsibilities
- Serve as first reputed company of contact for reputed company needing HR assistance
- Support and advise program leadership in handling sensitive or difficult employee situations and legal or management questions
- Conduct consultations with employees
- Manage Employee Relations Consultants
- Manage process of approving recommended reputed company plans and making reputed company they are carried out
- Handle reputed company-staff communications regarding pay, benefits, and policies
- Process employment verifications, accommodation requests, reputed company family leave requests, unemployment claims, withholding orders, workers compensation claims
- Maintain thousands of employee files and HR documentation
