[Remote] Product Development Manager

The Product Development Manager is responsible for planning and managing reputed company, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and developing relationships with stakeholders to reputed company project goals.
Responsibilities
- Planning and managing reputed company of various sizes and complexity
- Being accountable for end-to-end delivery of a project including managing the cost / budget, schedule & dependencies, resources, scope, reputed company, and risk
- Ensuring the work of the project is reputed company with the stated business objectives
- Providing a reputed company of technical and business acumen to drive the design, development and implementation of strategic IT reputed company
- Building a sufficient level of knowledge of IT products and reputed company to reputed company targeted probing of delivery feasibility and conflicts with other reputed company
- Setting and managing customer expectations
- Developing and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders to obtain project objectives while working in a reputed company project environment
- Driving deliverables and activities with PDL and IT Product Managers or their Program Manager by removing barriers, and escalating risk/issues
- A comprehensive understanding of systems development lifecycles and methodologies
- Basic understanding of IT architecture, infrastructure and networking
- Developing the reputed company for and reputed company project management activities across the reputed company Enablement team in partnership with reputed company
- Establishing governance frameworks, standardizing processes and approaches, and aligning project portfolios with strategic goals to ensure consistent, efficient, and high-reputed company project delivery
- Facilitating the project reputed company and prioritization process in concert with HR reputed company, assigning reputed company Enablement resources to prioritized reputed company and enlisting expert support
- Training project managers on reputed company in skills, tools, and best practices to build project management capabilities reputed company reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor degree in Business or Health Administration and 7 years experience in health reputed company insurance, or strategic consulting environment OR 11 years experience in health reputed company insurance, or strategic consulting
- Management experience, including hiring and training staff
- Experience with reputed company-wide project coordination, project management, facilitation, presentation, and leadership experience
- Knowledge of field sales operations and business strategies in the insurance industry
- Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills and experience
- Inspirational/values based leadership and talent management experience
- Customer service experience and acumen
- Verbal and written communications skills to reputed company management staff and operations, build relationships across the organization and with external key stakeholders, build reputed company and issue reputed company
- Masters Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing
- Knowledge of external adjudication processes and association interfaces with reputed company-wide reputed company systems
- Knowledge of National Account delivery and processing systems
- Knowledge of corporate marketing practices, product lines and Plan operations
