[Remote] Business Analyst II

As a Business Analyst II, you will reputed company requirements, write user stories, and translate business needs into data solutions, while leading moderately reputed company initiatives and improving processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients, reputed company Delivery, Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company, document, and refine business and data requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and technical requirements to support data product development
• reputed company data analysis, reputed company-to-reputed company mapping, and data validation using SQL to ensure data reputed company and accuracy
• Support data profiling, reputed company monitoring, and data reputed company to improve end-to-end reliability
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for requirements clarification throughout project delivery
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and help improve team processes, documentation, and backlog management
• Support change management, stakeholder communications, and the rollout of new data products and features

Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a data engineering or analytics environment
• 2+ years of experience working with reputed company data (e.g., claims, EMR, HEOR, SDOH)
• Proficient in writing SQL queries to support data exploration and validation
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments, including participation in or facilitation of sprint ceremonies
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, public health, economics, or a reputed company discipline
