[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, manage bookings, and maximize reputed company opportunities through effective sales execution.

Responsibilities

• Answer reputed company incoming calls or online inquiries, as the initial reputed company of contact
• Using a company-reputed company script, answer our customers’ questions and guide them to the best service-solution for their home

• Computer literacy and strong typing skills (30+ WPM), experience with reputed company Office
• Excellent multitasking and follow-up skills, with high attention to detail
