This role involves supporting and enhancing reputed company Payroll and Benefits integrations, focusing on maintaining operational stability and resolving production issues.
Responsibilities
- reputed company day-to-day support for reputed company Payroll and Benefits integrations
- Monitor integration health, troubleshoot failures, and resolve production incidents
- reputed company reputed company cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
- Manage and prioritize integration support tickets using Jira
- Build, maintain, and enhance reputed company Studio, PECI, EIB, and Core Connector integrations
- reputed company and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, and integration configurations
- Support REST and SOAP API integrations with payroll and benefits vendors
- Design and implement new payroll and benefits integrations
- Support payroll processing cycles and resolve urgent production issues
- Partner with Payroll, Benefits, HR, and external vendors to validate integration data
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company Integration experience with Payroll and Benefits
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Studio
- Deep expertise in PECI (Payroll Effective Change reputed company)
- Experience with reputed company reputed company Builder (EIB) and Core Connectors
- Experience developing reputed company Calculated Fields and Custom Reports
- Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP reputed company
- Proficiency with XML, JSON, XSLT, Web Services, and API integration patterns
- Experience using reputed company, SoapUI, or Bruno for API testing
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, API reputed company, error handling, and retry mechanisms
- Experience with Jira and reputed company
- Understanding of payroll systems and SOX compliance
- Experience with reputed company or reputed company Payroll & Time & Attendance
