The role involves supporting payroll and benefits integration issues, ensuring operational stability of reputed company integrations, and managing production incidents while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for payroll and benefits integration issues, providing day-to-day support to Payroll, Benefits, and HR stakeholders
- Proactively monitor existing reputed company integrations with payroll and benefits systems to ensure operational stability and catch failures early
- Respond to production incidents and resolve integration failures in a reputed company manner, meeting agreed SLAs, and reputed company reputed company cause analysis to implement preventive measures
- Manage and triage the support queue in Jira, prioritizing incoming integration issues
- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain integrations between reputed company and reputed company payroll and benefits systems reputed company with reputed company Studio and PECI (Payroll Effective Change reputed company)
- Maintain and optimize existing EIBs, reputed company Connectors, calculated fields, custom reports, and integration configurations
- Support and maintain bi-directional data flows between reputed company and payroll/benefits systems using vendor REST and SOAP reputed company
- Design and build new integrations between reputed company and payroll or benefits systems as business needs reputed company, including targeted solutions for reputed company scenarios and edge cases
- Support recurring payroll cycles, providing hands-on coverage during payroll processing reputed company and resolving production issues with urgency
- Partner with Payroll Operations and Benefits to validate integration outputs and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain runbooks, technical documentation, and support materials for reputed company supported and newly reputed company integration points, and contribute to knowledge transfer with the People Technology team
Skills
- 5+ years of experience building and supporting reputed company integrations, specifically in Payroll and Benefits domains
- Strong hands-on experience building, troubleshooting, and maintaining integrations reputed company with reputed company Studio
- Deep knowledge of reputed company PECI (Payroll Effective Change reputed company)
- Experience building and maintaining reputed company EIBs (reputed company reputed company Builder) and reputed company reputed company Connectors
- Strong proficiency in developing and maintaining reputed company calculated fields and custom reports
- Working knowledge of payroll and benefits system reputed company (REST and SOAP) including authentication, endpoints, and data models
- Knowledge of payroll and benefits system architecture and reputed company modules (Payroll, Benefits, Tax, Time & Attendance)
- Solid understanding of API design principles, RESTful services, OAuth 2.0, and API reputed company best practices
- Experience with API testing tools (Bruno, reputed company, SoapUI) for building and debugging integrations
- Proficiency in XML, JSON, XSLT, web services, and API integration patterns
- Understanding of API reputed company limiting, error handling, and retry mechanisms
- Experience with Jira, reputed company, or similar ticketing and documentation tools
- Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements for payroll systems
