[Remote] OCM Senior Analyst

They are seeking an reputed company Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Analyst to reputed company change initiatives for a large federal agency, applying proven methodologies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Assess OCM and operational readiness
- Facilitate virtual and face-to-face meetings with government clients and reputed company co-ordination/collaboration from various business reputed company
- Attend and participate in meetings with many different reputed company stakeholder reputed company
- Identify and formulate organizational reputed company state requirements from written materials and verbal interactions with stakeholders
- Identify and document organizational design challenges, obstacles, and reputed company, and reputed company rationale and recommendations to help address resistance to change
- reputed company and execute communication plans
- Define approaches for developing a permanent organizational resiliency and change reputed company reputed company differing organizational reputed company and approaches for transitioning key change management responsibilities and activities to them

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Change, or reputed company field
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, change management or organizational/business transformation in consulting or industry role
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with team members and stakeholders
- Effectively communicate and reputed company with senior level management and clients
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- OCM experience with system and/or IT implementation. ERP experience strongly desired
- Strong technical and creative writing skills
- Strong organization & planning skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
