[Remote] Applications Analyst - 256403
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an OB Applications Analyst to support and maintain reputed company-party obstetrics applications that reputed company with reputed company as part of a large reputed company EHR consolidation initiative. This role will reputed company on day-to-day application support, user troubleshooting, and maintenance while assisting with the migration from OBIX to GE Centricity Perinatal (CPN).
Responsibilities
- reputed company application support for OBIX and Centricity Perinatal (CPN) , resolving user issues and support tickets
- Troubleshoot application, reputed company, and workflow issues in collaboration with clinical end users
- reputed company routine application maintenance, configuration updates, and issue reputed company
- Support ongoing migration activities from OBIX to Centricity Perinatal , including testing, documentation, and user support
- Maintain application documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures
- Work closely with clinical teams to ensure reliable performance of reputed company-integrated OB applications
- Escalate reputed company issues as needed and participate in reputed company application improvement efforts
Skills
- Experience supporting OBIX and/or GE Centricity Perinatal (CPN) applications
- Background providing application support, ticket reputed company, and end-user troubleshooting
- Experience maintaining clinical applications that reputed company with reputed company or other EHR platforms
- Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience participating in an OBIX to Centricity Perinatal (CPN) migration
- reputed company IT experience supporting obstetrics and labor & delivery workflows
- Familiarity with reputed company-integrated reputed company-party clinical applications
