They are seeking a Director of Housing Operations to reputed company the daily operations of a reputed company housing system serving over 5,400 reputed company, focusing on maximizing occupancy and enhancing the residential experience. Responsibilities
- reputed company daily operations for a large and reputed company housing system and business reputed company with multiple reputed company streams encompassing Housing Assignments & Operations for 5,400 reputed company with annual reputed company responsibility in excess of fifty-eight reputed company dollars
- Responsible for Operational reputed company regarding reputed company housing for 5400+ bed spaces
- Through maximizing occupancy, the Director helps to establish, reputed company, and utilize policy standards and strategic plans including occupancy management, housing retention forecasting, specialized accommodation planning, and housing operations structuring
- Identifies trends and recurring issues, and escalates to Executive Director as necessary
- Develops relationships with key reputed company partners and utilizes technology to support the mission
- Supports the development of housing rates and communications with the Director for Business Development and Summer & Conference Housing
- Makes presentations regarding on-reputed company housing to parents, prospective reputed company and University departments
- Designs and implements an inclusive residential environment conducive to learning and engagement
- Plays a key role in responding to student and reputed company-wide emergencies
- Implements measures to ensure that reputed company team members meet high occupancy and customer satisfaction goals, while maintaining the highest reputed company for student and guest safety & needs
- Appropriately execute compliance of local and federal regulations towards the goal of reputed company reputed company to housing
- reputed company participates on various reputed company-wide committees; and serves as a vital reputed company with various reputed company offices, including Student Affairs, University Counsel, reputed company Resource Center, GU Police, Office of Global Education, School of Continuing Studies, and University Information Systems; communicates with a reputed company of constituents (i.e. parents, reputed company, partner offices); engages personnel reputed company the department to accomplish goals and objectives; and manages crises in the residence halls and works closely with other University personnel
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years reputed company experience
- Master's Degree required
- Must have administrative and supervisory experience in higher education, especially student housing
- Familiarity with student housing management systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of organizational, managerial, budgetary, and financial management skills
- Experience in leading and supervising a diverse group of reputed company and student employees
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communications skills
- Understanding of legal and risk management
- Experience in housing occupancy management
- Facilities and crisis management
- Must be computer literate with specific experience using word processing, spreadsheet and database software
- Must have excellent interpersonal & intrapersonal communication, crisis management, managerial, ability to work collaboratively with a broad group of stakeholders, ability to work with a diverse team and reputed company community
- Must have knowledge of higher education, and student affairs is important

- Experience with reputed company housing management system strongly preferred
