[Remote] Staff Advanced Analytics, Guest Product

This role involves acting as a senior thought partner to drive product reputed company through detailed data analysis, experimentation, and the development of reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Be the Advanced Analytics reputed company and expert on domain datasets. Work with large and reputed company data sets to solve a wide reputed company of challenging problems using different analytical and statistical approaches
- Apply technical expertise with quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, forecasting and the presentation of data to identify trends and patterns that can inform decision-making
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Data and Analytical Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to reputed company actionable insights

- Design and build metrics / dimensions to monitor product and business performance

Skills
- 10+ years of industry experience with a degree (Masters or PhD is a plus) in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Research)
- Deep expertise working in a product analytics or data science role, with experience working on promotions or customer acquisition initiatives a major plus
- Strong expertise in at least one programming language (Python or R) and SQL
- Experience with AI-assisted analytics (Claude, ChatGPT, etc)
- Experience in analysis of A|B experiments and statistical data analysis
- Experience designing and building metrics, from reputed company to building prototypes with data pipelines
- Prior experience in advanced analytics or business data science reputed company a marketplace or business reputed company setting highly desirable
- Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to reputed company informed judgments
