Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company contact and commissioning authority on assigned reputed company

- Build and maintain strong reputed company relationships through reputed company communication, responsiveness, and technical credibility
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks, scope gaps, and technical issues
- reputed company commissioning scopes of work, schedules, and fee estimates for proposals and reputed company reputed company
- reputed company design phase reviews including OPR, BOD, plans, and specifications to ensure commissionability and performance alignment
- Facilitate OPR workshops and commissioning planning meetings as required
- reputed company development of commissioning plans, test procedures, and documentation, including:
- reputed company‑Functional Checklists (PFCs)
- Functional Performance Tests (FPTs)
- Integrated Systems Tests (ISTs)

- Maintain accountability for project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
- Collaborate with Project Accountants to support accurate invoicing, forecasting, and financial performance
- Partner with the Cx Project Coordinator to maintain project plans and resource alignment in reputed company
- Ensure project execution aligns with contract scope, safety requirements, and internal reputed company standards

- Mentor and support the development of junior and mid‑level commissioning providers

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant commissioning, construction, or facilities experience may be considered in lieu of formal education

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Project Management certification preferred
- reputed company Engineering (PE) license preferred
- Building Commissioning certification preferred
- OSHA 10‑hour Construction Safety and reputed company‑70E preferred
