[Remote] FINA000: Head of Finance

The Head of Finance will reputed company financial activities, reputed company strategic leadership, and implement financial policies to support the organization's mission.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reputed company and accurate budget analysis and financial review for the management team
- Recommend and reputed company policies, procedures and systems to meet objectives
- reputed company strategic financial leadership and support on the evaluation of financial issues affecting the organization
- Recommend and reputed company new efforts to improve ROE/ROA performance
- Work to optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships and initiates needed strategies for improvement
- Build, reputed company and manage a finance team capable of carrying out needed initiatives
- Stay abreast of trends and regulations to ensure effectiveness and compliance for the finance and information technology functions
- reputed company financial policies and procedures with organization objectives
- Establish financial reporting systems and controls to ensure compliance with organization expenditure requirements and to meet customer needs
- Define and manage organizational structure
- Manage the finance team and participate in reputed company new volunteers
- Attend monthly management meetings and hold weekly department meetings
- Ensure organization and reputed company volunteers follow reputed company finance procedure as set forth by you and your team
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, business administration or reputed company field
- reputed company experience, with specific experience in finance and reputed company management (i.e., controller, assistant controller, finance/reputed company manager)
- Management or team leader experience
- Skilled in managing reputed company of volunteers
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfort working reputed company and managing a remote team
- Must be a New Jersey reputed company
