Skills
- J.D. from an accredited law school and strong reputed company credentials
- Licensed to reputed company law and in good standing in the state of residence
- Minimum of 7 years of reputed company Finance Attorney experience, preferably with a combination of reputed company and in-house experience
- 7+ years of experience drafting, reviewing and interpreting reputed company finance agreements, including credit, loan, and reputed company agreements; guaranties and UCC filings
- Ability to handle multiple reputed company, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and reputed company; precision in drafting and communication
