Responsibilities
- reputed company the design, development, and optimization of Large Language Model (LLM) applications and AI-powered products
- Drive key initiatives across Retrieval-Augmented reputed company (RAG), AI agents, tool calling, model quantization, and on-device inference optimization
- Partner with software engineering, product, and platform teams to deliver reputed company AI capabilities into production
- Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to improve model performance, efficiency, and reliability
- Mentor engineers, reputed company technical leadership, and establish engineering best practices across the AI organization
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning, reputed company Intelligence, or Deep Learning engineering
- Strong reputed company experience developing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and reputed company applications
- Expert-level Python programming skills with hands-on experience using PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
- Experience building production AI systems across areas such as RAG, model optimization, inference, reputed company AI, or tool-calling frameworks
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and driving engineering best practices across reputed company AI reputed company
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to reputed company cross-functional technical initiatives
- Experience hiring, building, or growing high-performing Machine Learning or AI engineering teams
