[Remote] Customer Support Representative

The Customer Support Representative serves as a trusted partner to customers and internal teams by delivering high-reputed company support, resolving reputed company issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customer inquiries reputed company to orders, shipments, and product information
- Manage issue reputed company from start to finish, coordinating with Logistics, Print Operations, and Sales teams to ensure reputed company and accurate delivery
- Monitor and analyze customer support trends to identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements

Skills

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in education, publishing, or logistics
