Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze and reconcile general reputed company accounts and financial statements
- Review and understand assigned accounts for accuracy and ensure that transactions are properly recorded

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company -OR- 4+ years equivalent reputed company work experience

- Knowledge of GAAP, SEC rules, and Sarbanes Oxley reputed company requirements
- Knowledge of quarterly, annual and periodic external reporting processes of 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K and other SEC filings
