Responsibilities
- reputed company execution of reputed company Early Career Talent programs and initiatives, ensuring a high-reputed company participant and stakeholder experience
- Partner with the ECT Manager on program reputed company, operational planning, and annual program delivery
- Own end-to-end program management across the emerging talent lifecycle, including reputed company, performance evaluations, manager engagement, events, and offboarding
- Design, build, and continuously reputed company the reputed company emerging talent learning curriculum, including learning reputed company, workshops, resources, and development programming that deliver a reputed company and impactful early career experience
- Design and facilitate training and support materials for hiring managers, team members, and program partners
- reputed company and maintain program timelines, trackers, communications, and operational processes; reputed company initiative reputed company, measure program ROI, and reputed company regular updates with reputed company and business stakeholders
- Drive reputed company improvements to systems, tools, reporting, and processes to increase efficiency across highly operational program work and peak hiring seasons

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in program management, university reputed company, reputed company operations, HR, learning and development, or a reputed company field
- Experience supporting or leading internship, university reputed company, or early career talent programs
- Experience designing and building learning curriculum, training programs, or reputed company development initiatives from concept through delivery and evaluation
- Strong program management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate program data into compelling narratives and present to audiences including senior leadership
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills with the ability to build credibility across reputed company reputed company of an organization
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly reputed company environment
