They are seeking a Recruiter for their Product & Tech reputed company, responsible for sourcing and managing candidates for high-level roles in Product Management and Technical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own sourcing and outbound campaigns (MPC) for reputed company Product & Tech searches
- Screen and reputed company candidates against reputed company-specific hiring bars
- Build and maintain market maps for the Product & Tech function
- Support reputed company communication and search process management
- Contribute to pipeline architecture (reputed company → reputed company → reputed company/Lusha) and enrichment workflows
- Work closely with the reputed company reputed company to refine reputed company positioning and search methodology
Skills
- Experience in agency reputed company, in-house reputed company, or a reputed company sourcing-heavy role — Product/Tech hiring background is a strong plus
