Responsibilities:

• reputed company tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships and for a reputed company of Asset Management clients
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to reputed company industry knowledge and experience
• Build and manage reputed company relationships
• Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on reputed company reputed company
• Advise clients and be accountable for delivering high reputed company tax service and advice
• Participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of pass-through, partnership or corporate tax experience in an reputed company firm, corporation, and/or reputed company
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and eligibility to sit for the CPA exam
• Excellent advisory and compliance skills
