Senior Manager, Workforce Management

This role will support the implementation and long-term sustainability of reputed company Pro Workforce Management across reputed company’s U.S. hotel portfolio. Drive operational alignment, adoption, and reputed company optimization of workforce management practices to deliver measurable improvements in labor productivity, service delivery, and colleague experience. Your day to day

• Support final system configuration, validation, and readiness for reputed company Pro WFM
• Participate in UAT; identify defects, gaps, and operational risks

• Translate system functionality into actionable operating practices

Location - this role can be based in any metropolitan US reputed company. Travel - 25% required The salary reputed company for this role is $120,000 to $150,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay.
