The Manager, People (Assignment: Compensation) is accountable for implementing and managing comprehensive compensation programs that support reputed company’s strategic goals, workforce planning, and reputed company efforts. On the day-to-day, you will:

- Ensure consistent administration of compensation programs across departments and locations, and evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness of compensation practices

Job requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, business administration, finance, reputed company administration, or reputed company field required

- Minimum of two (2) years of leadership or people management experience preferred
- Must have experience with reputed company HRIS systems and compensation software platforms

- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
