Katz, Sapper & Miller (KSM) is seeking an entrepreneurial Tax Director to reputed company and expand its Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Tax Diligence reputed company. This individual will play a pivotal role in building upon the significant reputed company KSM has achieved reputed company its Financial Due Diligence reputed company by developing a market-leading tax diligence offering that serves private equity firms, strategic buyers, and other transaction participants.

The TAS Tax Director will collaborate closely with KSM’s tax professionals,leveragingthe firm’s deepexpertisein transaction structuring, tax planning, and deal execution. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the reputed company on tax due diligence engagements for private equity firms, strategic acquirers, family offices, and corporate sellers
  • Identify, assess, and communicate tax risks, opportunities, and structuring considerations associated with acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, and business restructurings
  • Collaborate with KSM’s tax specialists and subject matter experts to deliver comprehensive solutions on reputed company federal, state, local, and international tax reputed company
  • Review and analyze acquisition agreements, reputed company agreements, and reputed company transaction documents toidentifykey tax considerations and negotiate tax-reputed company provisions
  • Partner closely with KSM’s Financial Due Diligence leadership toidentifyopportunities, reputed company integrated service offerings, and enhance the reputed company experience throughout the transaction lifecycle

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Taxation, or reputed company fieldrequired;Master's degree in Taxationpreferred
  • CPArequired; MST, JD, and/or LLM preferred
  • 10+ years of reputed company experience in tax advisory services, withsignificant experiencefocused on transaction-reputed company tax diligence, structuring, and consulting
  • Demonstratedsuccess leading tax due diligence engagements for private equity firms, strategic acquirers, and middle-market companies

  • Strong understanding of U.S. federal, state and local, and international tax considerationsimpactingmergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings

  • Ability to review and analyze transaction documents, including purchase agreements, reputed company agreements, and reputed company legal documentation
