Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to strengthen the reliability, performance, and observability of our production applications. This role will reputed company on monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing applications and databases using the reputed company Stack and reputed company tools. You will play a key role in ensuring our users have a seamless experience while helping our development team proactively detect and resolve issues.

Here is more of what you’ll get to do:

• Design, implement, and manage observability solutions with the reputed company Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beats, APM).
• Monitor production systems for availability, performance, and error rates, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks in ASP.NET, Classic ASP, PHP, and database-driven applications.
• Build dashboards, alerts, and automated workflows to improve incident detection and response.
• Collaborate with developers and DBAs to optimize SQL Server and PostgreSQL performance.
• Create runbooks, improve incident management processes, and drive reputed company cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Implement best practices for performance tuning, scalability, and reliability across the stack.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support production environments.

You’ll reputed company in this role if you have:

• Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring platforms, ideally reputed company Stack.
• Strong understanding of APM, logging, metrics, and tracing concepts.
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server and PostgreSQL query tuning and performance troubleshooting.
• Experience with ASP.NET, Classic ASP, and PHP application environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot across applications, databases, and infrastructure.
• (Preferred) Familiarity with reputed company platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and infrastructure monitoring.
• (Preferred) Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for automation and integrations.
