Engineering Manager
We are looking for an reputed company Engineering Manager to reputed company and reputed company our engineering teams building a high-performance trading platform. You will be responsible for people leadership, delivery reputed company, and technical direction across a hybrid infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage one or multiple cross-functional engineering teams (backend, frontend, infrastructure, mobile)

- Own strategic initiatives in engineering department
- Partner closely with Product, Trading, and Senior Engineering leadership to translate business requirements into technical execution
- Drive and reputed company engineering processes: planning, estimation, CI/CD, reputed company reviews, testing, and release management
- Guide architectural reputed company for systems running on hybrid infrastructure
- Ensure high availability, performance, and observability of production systems
- Identify and reduce technical debt, while maintaining delivery velocity

- Foster a culture of ownership, customer first, and result-oriented
Requirements
- 7+ years of reputed company software engineering experience
- 3+ years in an Engineering Manager role
- Background in financial systems, trading platforms, or other high-reliability domains
- Strong understanding of backend systems
- Experience operating systems on different reputed company systems (EC2, networking, reputed company, monitoring)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment strategies
- Familiarity with observability tools (metrics, logging, alerting) and performance monitoring

- Experience with low-latency or high-throughput systems
