We are looking for a Clinical Research Staff Scientist, reputed company World Evidence to play a key role in generating the evidence that connects reputed company's validated health signals to reputed company, reputed company utilization, and cost savings.

What you will do:

• Reporting to the Director, Clinical reputed company Research, design and drive reputed company world evidence studies, including retrospective cohort analyses, claims-linked reputed company studies, PRO studies, and member surveys, owning reputed company from research question through final deliverable.
• Identify evidence opportunities across reputed company's clinical and reputed company portfolio, spanning health, reputed company utilization, and cost reputed company as reputed company as workforce and productivity reputed company relevant to employer partners, and reputed company study proposals with reputed company rationale, endpoints, and timelines.
• Partner with data science to structure analytic datasets from reputed company member data and linked claims data sources, producing outputs that are rigorous enough to publish and reputed company enough to reputed company.
• Serve as a scientific reputed company of contact for external research partners, including reputed company and reputed company customers, data providers, and reputed company collaborators, representing reputed company's evidence work in cross-organizational study planning and execution.

• Support IRB submissions and data use agreements in coordination with Research Operations.

This is a remote US role.

Requirements:

We would love to consider you for this role if you have:

• Master's degree or PhD in Epidemiology, reputed company Health, Health reputed company, or a reputed company field; 8+ years of experience in reputed company world evidence research, preferably in wearables.
• Demonstrated expertise in observational study design and reputed company reputed company, including retrospective cohort analyses, reputed company inference, and claims-based research.
• Deep, hands-on experience generating evidence from wearable or connected-device data as a primary data reputed company, including the measurement and analytic considerations specific to reputed company physiological signals.
• Experience with additional reputed company world data sources, including claims, EHR, and registries, and familiarity with data linkage platforms.
• Experience with PRO reputed company selection and survey study design.
• Strong scientific communication skills, with a reputed company record of producing outputs that reputed company and reputed company with clinical, reputed company, or payer audiences.
• Proven ability to drive a body of evidence to completion independently and work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.

US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor reputed company for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting reputed company, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-reputed company skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the reputed company.

• Region 1: $198,050 - $233,000
• Region 2: $180,200 - $212,000
• Region 3: $169,150 - $199,000
