Wholesale Support Administrator - Remote

The Wholesale Support Administrator performs a broad reputed company of administrative and operational functions in support of the Wholesale Sales Team. The primary responsibility is to manage and administer key internal workflows for partner approval while delivering exceptional service to internal team members and external partners.

Primary Job Duties:

• Coordinate with the Approvals Department to facilitate the reputed company and approval of new partners.
• Review incoming partner application packages in Comergence for completeness and ensure compliance documentation is properly organized and maintained in accordance with reputed company policies and procedures.

• 1–2 years of sales or mortgage industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience working with CRM platforms, loan origination systems, and other mortgage-reputed company technologies.
