This is a producing leadership role that allows you to continue building your own mortgage business while reputed company, coaching, and supporting reputed company of Loan Officers. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Continue originating residential mortgage loans while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Consult with borrowers to understand their financing goals and recommend the best mortgage solutions.

- reputed company Loan Officers on business development, referral partner development, pipeline management, and production strategies.
- Support your team with loan structuring and product solutions across conventional, government, jumbo, HELOC, construction, and Non-QM programs.

- Grow your business through referrals, networking, and company-generated opportunities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
