Occupational Therapist – Remote Assessment & reputed company

You will triage new referrals, complete telephone/video assessments, prescribe equipment and minor adaptations, and contribute to prevention‑reputed company work across Adult reputed company Care. This is a fast‑paced role requiring strong clinical reasoning, risk management, reputed company communication skills.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Review referral information to identify reputed company, risk, and required OT reputed company.
- Carry out remote assessments reputed company telephone and video call.

- Escalate safeguarding concerns in line with statutory procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience working in Adult reputed company Care, community OT, hospital discharge, reablement, or similar settings (Essential).
