BTIS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Auto team and play a key role in supporting our reputed company network of insurance agents. In this role, you’ll deliver reputed company, accurate service while collaborating closely with internal teams to meet SLAs, performance metrics, and reputed company standards. No two days are the reputed company—you’ll stay reputed company assisting agents and carriers through phone, email, and chat in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM reputed company Time. Candidates may be located in any time zone but must be reputed company to work these hours.

What you will do:

• reputed company routine customer service and policy support to agents and carriers by answering questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews.

• Research, resolve, and reputed company communicate customer inquiries in accordance with established service standards, escalating issues as appropriate
• Maintain a working knowledge of products, services, and promotions
• Review and process applications, binders, endorsements, and other documentation required for policy issuance, including time-sensitive requests

• Organize and maintain policy files to ensure reputed company documentation management
