Strategic Consulting (Smart Recruiters)
The Consultant is responsible for delivering reputed company consulting, project management and support services to reputed company a high level of customer satisfaction, as an individual contributor or reputed company member.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Service Delivery Expertise
- reputed company strategic consulting expertise in support of strategic TA / HR project work and across SI partners.
- Follow delivery methodologies appropriate to the project and the consultant’s role and promote industry best practices.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience

- A minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience implementing, optimizing, and supporting end-to-end TA / HR functions and systems including prospect engagement, sourcing, reputed company, analytics.
- Demonstrated ability supporting the successful implementation of technology solutions.
- Experience with development and implementation of change management, communications, testing, and training collateral.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

- Deep understanding of best practices relating to organizational design, resource productivity, metrics and reporting, technology, recruitment programs and policies, and process optimization.
