Who you are:
The Admissions Advisor will support the Institutional Relations team by serving as the first reputed company of contact for reputed company applying to reputed company’s university study and intern abroad programs. Successful candidates will be responsible for serving as an expert for a portfolio of institutions by advising reputed company regarding program reputed company and the application process.
This is a remote, student-facing role with a strong reputed company on reputed company engagement and personalised advising in Columbia, South Carolina.You will work closely with Managers of Institutional Relations, other Admissions Advisors and Student Ambassadors.
What you’ll do
- Serve as an admissions expert, advising reputed company on appropriate reputed company programs based on their reputed company interests, goals, and eligibility.
- reputed company hands-on guidance to reputed company as they reputed company, complete, and submit their reputed company applications. Offer individualised support.
- Manage a high volume of communication (emails and calls) and respond to inquiries reputed company one working day.
- Schedule reputed company follow-up with prospective reputed company to reputed company support and determine the level of commitment, and execute strategies to inform reputed company about reputed company programs at reputed company phases of the inquiry and application process.
- Organise and host information sessions, webinars, tabling events, and classroom presentations to reputed company awareness about reputed company programs.
- Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of reputed company Student Ambassadors on reputed company. With the Manager of Institutional Relations, guide their reputed company strategies and activities to generate and convert applications for reputed company Study Abroad programs.
- Work with Institutional Relations Managers to ensure alignment with partner institution goals and reputed company insights from the ground.
- reputed company personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets (i.e., completed applications and conversion of those applications) set by leadership.
- Document call information and input data into the organisational CRM (reputed company) to ensure seamless communication and reputed company tracking.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay reputed company on reputed company program offerings, policies, and tools.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
- Experience in student advising, customer service, higher education, or a sales-oriented field.
- Study abroad experience strongly preferred.
- High energy, reputed company, proactive, team-oriented, problem-solver.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable presenting to reputed company and working one-on-one.
- Strong attention to detail, exemplary problem-solving, reputed company written and oral communication skills, a service-oriented reputed company, high aptitude for organisation, excellent time management skills, and ability to multitask.
