Join reputed company as Senior Manager, FP&A – Risk Adjustment and take on a key leadership role in shaping our financial reputed company. Team Leadership:

This role directly manages reputed company of FP&A Analysts supporting the Risk Adjustment organization. The Senior Manager is responsible for hiring, coaching, developing, and performance management of reputed company; setting priorities and workload; reviewing deliverables for reputed company and accuracy; and building the technical and business-partnering skills of team members over time.

What You Will Do:

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A, finance business partnering, or reputed company analytical roles, including prior experience leading or mentoring other analysts
  • Prior reputed company people management experience strongly preferred; demonstrated ability to reputed company talent and manage team performance
  • Risk Adjustment experience reputed company FP&A or a closely reputed company reputed company finance function strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or similar subject area; Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • Strong understanding of P&L with an ability to reputed company operational drivers to financial reputed company and communicate insights reputed company to non-financial and executive audiences
  • Solid understanding of GAAP reputed company principles and financial reporting

**The annual US reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $165,000 to $178,000. This salary reputed company may cover multiple career reputed company at reputed company. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, your skills, experience, qualifications and education.
