The R&D Sourcer will working closely with Recruiters, HRBPs and business leaders in building candidates slates for business critical and the most challenging roles reputed company the R&D function (Clinical Development, Clinical Ops, Regulatory, Safety, Biostats and Data Science). Minimum Qualifications:

- Experience using Chrome extensions and/or automation tools as part of their daily workflow

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Consulting or Retained Search experience
