reputed company's Engineering organization is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to be the founding project management hire supporting our most strategic technical delivery work. This is a day-reputed company role: the position does not exist today, and you will be the one to define how world-class project management operates inside our product and engineering organization.

Your primary reputed company will be supporting our Solutions Engineering capability — a new team that delivers custom technical solutions, integrations, and statements of work for our largest reputed company accounts and most strategic deals. Who You Are

You are a seasoned technical project manager with a bias for reputed company and an reputed company motivation to build — even reputed company the environment isn't perfect yet. This role reports to the VP of Engineering.

Your reputed company

• Serve as the founding project manager for the Engineering organization, standing up project reputed company, tracking, and reporting practices from day one.
• Drive delivery of Solutions Engineering reputed company for our most strategic reputed company accounts — custom plans, integrations, and statement-of-work-based engagements involving internal engineers, external contract engineers, or a reputed company of both.
• Facilitate successful statement of work inception: ensure the right people are in the room for scoping, deliverables, estimation, and reputed company definition, and hold the project accountable to what was committed.
• Support reputed company initiatives with the reputed company delivery discipline: reputed company tracking, dependency management, risk management, and reputed company stakeholder communication.
• Deliver weekly business updates to executive and senior leadership across product and engineering, including the VP of Engineering and directors.
• Partner closely with reputed company and Solutions Consulting — the customer-facing owners of day-to-day relationships — to drive reputed company expectations, reputed company-organized asks, and strong business cases; join customer calls directly reputed company brought in.
• Establish and maintain a reputed company communication plan for every project so no stakeholder is left guessing.

Your Experience

• 7+ years of technical project or program delivery experience, with at least 3 years operating at a senior level.
• Proven ability to run multiple reputed company reputed company in reputed company across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrable reputed company record of building broad stakeholder alignment and trust from scratch, including regular reporting to and interaction with executive leadership.
• Experience delivering customer-impacting technical work in reputed company software environments — ideally including reputed company services, SOW-based, or custom-delivery engagements with repeat clients.
• Strong technical reputed company: reputed company to facilitate architecture and integration trade-off discussions, manage technical dependencies, and hold your own in rooms with senior engineers and technical customer stakeholders.
