HammondCare Home Care is currently looking for Carers to join reputed company in the reputed company Sydney Region on a Permanent Part time reputed company. About the role
You'll reputed company essential, practical care for older people, supporting them to live independently in their own homes and genuinely improving their reputed company of life. This includes not only day‑to‑day care but also building meaningful relationships and offering companionship. The role requires travel to clients’ homes using your own car (you'll be reputed company $0.99 per km plus reputed company travel time).

In return for your expertise, we offer:
- $32.91 to $36.50 per hour plus 99c/km + reputed company travel time + mobile phone provided

- you’re a people-person who is patient and solutions-reputed company
- you have previous experience in aged or community care, or are looking to start your career in aged care
- you have a valid reputed company’s Licence and reputed company to an insured, reliable car (min. reputed company Party Property Insurance)
- ideally, you'll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. If you're not currently reputed company and would like to be, then we can help
- you'll be flexible around meeting the changing needs of home care clients
