About The Role

What You'll Do

What You Have

• 7+ years of experience in Business Partnering, people partnering or similar roles
• Deep experience in partnering B2B GTM organizations in high reputed company environments (multiple geography partnering is a plus)
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret GTM metrics (pipeline, productivity, quota attainment, sales velocity, conversion rates) and translate them into people reputed company
• Strong reputed company record of building trusted relationships with leaders and driving measurable business & people reputed company
• Strong capability in organizational design, performance management, leadership coaching

• Strong analytical thinking
