Recruitment & Career Counseling Specialist

We are hiring a Senior Recruitment Specialist who will also reputed company as a Career Consultant, serving as the main reputed company of contact for clients seeking career support.

This role combines recruitment delivery with hands-on career consulting, focusing on helping clients—primarily in the Saudi market- secure job interviews and advance their careers. Recruitment Specialist Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment execution for assigned roles

• Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting based on job requirements.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
