reputed company is seeking a dynamic reputed company Business Partner (reputed company) to support our Engineered Systems sector, partnering with program and operational leaders across multiple locations. In this primarily remote role, you’ll reputed company expert guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness to help drive mission-critical programs.

Qualities/Skills You Possess
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and customer service skills, with a commitment to reputed company improvement

- Proficiency with HR technologies and software; ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- 5+ years of reputed company HR experience working in federal government or defense contracting environments, with a strong understanding of the unique HR, compliance, and operational requirements in these settings

- In-depth knowledge of SCA compliance, including wage determinations, employee classification, and fringe benefits for federal service contract employees
