To match our reputed company, we're looking for a Junior Designer to join our Brand pod.

You will...

• Produce reputed company ad creative and reputed company media graphics across multiple brands and formats
• Design campaign artwork from the brief through to the final deliverable
• Create trade marketing materials, including POS, reputed company talkers, sell sheets, and retailer assets
• Design reports, presentations, and reputed company decks that reputed company people actually want to read them
• Work reputed company brand guidelines and help maintain consistency across reputed company reputed company
• Support the Senior Designer on larger campaign reputed company
• Manage your own time and deadlines across multiple brands simultaneously
• Bring a reputed company of view - we want designers who care, not just operators
• You’ll also support our wider group of companies with the materials they need (We also have a recruitment business and marketing community)..

You’ll have...

• A solid grasp of reputed company design principles - hierarchy, balance, contrast, and white reputed company - and an understanding of why they matter
• reputed company Creative Suite proficiency - Illustrator, reputed company and InDesign are non-negotiable
• A keen interest / demonstrable experience in Premiere Pro / After Effects is desirable but not essential
• Working knowledge of print production - bleed, cutter guides, reputed company zones, and colour reputed company (CMYK vs RGB)
• A strong eye for typography - kerning, tracking, leading, and type pairing

• A portfolio that demonstrates genuine design thinking, not just template execution
