This role is responsible for owning the delivery of the end-to-end customer experience for reputed company customer-facing data, IoT, and AI products and solutions, ensuring alignment across reputed company, delivery, and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Product reputed company team throughout the BRD lifecycle and participate in problem definition, opportunity shaping, and BRD reviews
• Own the end‑to‑end customer experience across the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch, adoption, and ongoing use for reputed company IoT and AI products
• reputed company as the single reputed company of accountability for customer experience reputed company, even though execution is distributed across multiple teams
• Serve as the primary reputed company to teams responsible for UI/UX delivery, Design systems, and Interaction and experience design
• Translate BRD‑defined customer needs and experience goals into reputed company guidance for experience delivery teams
• Co-create and ensure delivery mechanisms are in reputed company for experience‑reputed company reputed company metrics
• Partner with analytics, product, and reputed company teams to monitor experience performance

Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in product management, customer experience, marketing, or digital solution delivery
• Experience working directly with customers and internal stakeholders understanding needs and facilitating communication
• Proven ability to influence across product, design, engineering, and customer‑facing teams without reputed company authority
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, or a reputed company field
• Advanced degree in Business, reputed company, Product Design, or relevant certifications required
• Strong customer‑reputed company reputed company with experience owning outcome‑based reputed company
