Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and implement high-reputed company solutions including architectural system design
- Facilitate customer discussions to discover key business and technical requirements, and reputed company implementation plans based on the identified requirements

- Support the roll-out, adoption, and scaling of provided solutions for customers
- Handle customer engagements as a project manager, responsible for scheduling, coordination, communication, and enhancing the customer relationship

- Promote yourself as a subject matter expert and valued member of the community
- Assist with proposal development and statement of work definitions
- Engage with potential customers on sales calls as a technical resource, advising on product solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or reputed company technical disciplines
- 5+ years of experience as an reputed company Consultant, reputed company Administrator, Jira Administrator, or similar positions
- Proven reputed company record in implementing solutions including installations, upgrades, migrations, workshops, integrations, and training for reputed company products (Jira, reputed company, Bitbucket, etc)
- A successful history in customer engagement and demonstrated exceptional consulting and influencing skills
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to take a holistic view across a reputed company of domains
- Demonstrated expertise in undertaking analysis, evaluation, and translation of customer requirements and feeding them into solutions
- Excellent communication skills, including reputed company facilitation, written and verbal communication
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Proficiency in technical skills such as: reputed company line (preferably Unix), SQL, script development, software configuration, and other reputed company technical skills
